Position SummaryOdyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Logistics Manager supporting a high priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC).The Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC) is a one-of-a-kind Air Force activity operating from Lackland AFB which provides life cycle management for IA and other critical systems. The division’s primary mission is cyberspace support. AFLCMC/HNC is responsible for technology development, acquisition, sustainment, and demilitarization of cyber security systems or products that provide mission assurance by ensuring warfighter access to the information systems and its products, while denying adversaries access to the same. The division also provides product support to other critical Air Force, DoD, and national force protection and intelligence systems required by the nation to mobilize, deploy, support, and sustain operations.This is a full time position located at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate shall be able to advise, perform and or lead logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, evaluating, and executing the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program. The individual shall be capable of supporting and executing the following requirements:Working independently and as part of a collaborative team.Leading and completing complex projects.Identifying critical logistics requirements (e.g., funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services) needed to support the assigned effort.Planning, advising, and aligning logistics requirements with applicable policy, procedures, and guidance.Implementing and aligning logistics requirements as part of an IPT.Developing and advising on alternative courses of actions to adjust to funding, requirements, and schedule adjustments.Ensuring Asset Management and Material Accountability are compliant with applicable policies, procedures, and guidance.Supporting or leading a supply chain risk management working group and supply chain assurance are compliant with applicable policies, procedures, and guidance.Accomplishing a Logistics Health Assessment.Supporting or leading the development or update to a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP).Implementing and managing a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) program.Familiarity with defense acquisition management in accordance with the DoD 5000.Familiarity with the Product Support Business Case AnalysisFamiliarity with the logistics integrated product support model outlined in the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook.Knowledge of the twelve (12) product support elements outlined in the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook.Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems.Knowledge of the acquisition Integrated Product Support functional makeup and interdependencies involved in providing logistical support.Proficient Microsoft office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).QualificationsCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level ClerancePreferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's DegreeYears of experience: 10+ years of experience five of which must be in the DoDAdditional InformationLocation: Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TXTravel: Travel may be required per the customer's discretion#LI-RB1Company OverviewOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
