Pay: $35.00 to $40.00 an hour, based on experience and credentials Position Overview Established private OB/GYN practice seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join a collaborative women's health team serving a growing community in Central New York. This opportunity offers a balance of obstetric and gynecologic care, shared call responsibilities, advanced in-office technology, and a strong referral base as the only OB group in the county. Responsibilities of the Ultrasound Technologist: Preparing patients for exams, explaining the procedure, and ensuring they are comfortable during what can be a highly emotional or sensitive experience. Performing routine growth scans, nuchal translucency tests, and high-risk maternal-fetal imaging to monitor fetal health, check for anomalies, and track amniotic fluid. Examining the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes to investigate abnormal bleeding, pelvic masses, or fertility issues. Analyzing images, documenting findings, and presenting preliminary reports to the interpreting physician. Performs related clerical duties as needed. Qualifications for the Ultrasound Technologist: RDRMS preferred Must be BLS (Basic Life Support) certified 1 – 2 years of experience in OB/GYN setting Why work for Adecco?
