Job Requirements:

Licenses: Arizona license or Universal License (IMLC)

Board: BC or BE

DEA: Required

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide urology clinic coverage seeing 15–18 patients per day

Perform 10–15 procedures per week including ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy

Conduct 3–4 surgeries per week in the OR

Take beeper call from 5p to 8a on scheduled call days

Utilize Cerner EMR for all patient documentation
