Job Setting: Hospital
Types of Cases:
- Patient Volume: 15-18 patients per day in clinic
- Procedures: 10-15 per week
- Surgeries (OR): 3-4 per week
Required Procedures :
- Ureteroscopy
- Laser lithotripsy
- TURP
- TURBT
- Flexible cystoscopy
Preferred Procedures :
- TRUS biopsy
- In-clinic vasectomy
- Disposable flexible cystoscopes available
- Robotics available (not required)
Support Staff: 1 employed MD, MAs assigned
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Certifications: DEA
Licensure: Arizona license or IMLC required
Experience: Minimum 1 year
