JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Arizona license or Universal License (IMLC)
Board: BC or BE
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide urology clinic coverage seeing 15-18 patients per day
Perform 10-15 procedures per week including ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy
Conduct 3-4 surgeries per week in the OR
Take beeper call from 5p to 8a on scheduled call days
Utilize Cerner EMR for all patient documentation
