Director, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

Job Statement The Director of Product Marketing and Sales Enablement will be responsible for leading product marketing, sales enablement, and product content strategy for Guardian Capital’s U.S. Asset Management business, which currently includes three U.S.-based asset management subsidiaries. As a key partner to U.S retail distribution and Institutional client service teams, the Director, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement, will oversee the creation of product content including high-impact sales presentations, pitch books, sales materials, fact sheets, and other client communications. This individual will leverage deep investment product knowledge to translate complex strategies, data, market insights and product information into visually compelling layouts, charts and graphics while ensuring brand alignment, accuracy, and SEC regulatory compliance across all channels. The role will also leverage Seismic to manage and optimize sales enablement content, analyze content use, support product marketing initiatives, and deliver effective presentation and content governance across the organization. The role oversees two direct reports, with the explicit goal of ensuring that client-facing teams receive needed marketing and sales enablement support. This role will also have key project management function, as this individual will be responsible for working with retail sales and institutional sales teams gets support in executing their distribution strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partners on product management with investment teams, distribution, marketing, legal/compliance, operations, and senior leadership to support product strategy, lifecycle management, market positioning, competitive analysis, product launch planning, and ongoing evaluation of product performance, flows, profitability, and market fit. Leading and prioritizing the work of the publishing team Managing content governance, update processes and compliance review coordination Maintaining brand standards for messaging, templates, and presentation quality Seismic/content library governance Sales training and advisor education materials Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field 8-10 years of marketing experience, with significant experience in asset management, investment management, wealth management, or financial services Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Word and strong data visualization skills Demonstrated understanding of investment products, capital markets, and asset management. Experience supporting sales teams through strategic marketing and sales enablement initiatives. Significant experience developing executive-level presentations, pitch books, and client-facing sales materials. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and collaborative attitude Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be both a team player and independent contributor Problem-solving capabilities including an ability to anticipate potential problems Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure Prior experience managing people or leading cross-functional teams Experience with Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms CFA, MBA, or Series licenses preferred, not required, if applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling Capital Management
