Customer Care Advocate

Serving as the primary advocate for customers, the full-time Customer Care Advocate will deliver exceptional support across various digital channels, resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism, and leverage AI tools to enhance customer experiences while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries across voice, chat, SMS, email, and other digital channels Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution and ensure timely follow-up and clear communication Utilize AI-enabled tools and data insights to improve productivity and enhance customer outcomes Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or related fields Ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools and manage multiple customer engagement channels Experience working across various technology platforms and systems simultaneously Demonstrated critical thinking and sound judgment in resolving customer issues
