This person must be ready to immerse themselves in the world of customer self-service. The applications managed by this team are high performance, in high demand, and are used by customers across the US and Canada.You will test new features and functionality, proactively identify issues, and participate in the research to identify the root cause of defect reports. You'll provide system developers with clear, concise written documentation and problem descriptions when issues are encountered.
