Quick Facts: Location: St. Rita's Cancer Center, Lima, OH & Grand Lake Regional Cancer Center, Celina, OH Start Date: 05/07/2026 Coverage Duration: Ongoing weekly coverage; specific dates include 06/29–07/03, 07/06–07/10, 07/13–07/17, 08/10–08/14, 08/17–08/21, 08/24–08/28, 08/31–09/04, 09/08–09/12, 09/14–09/18, 09/21–09/25, 09/28–10/02, 10/05–10/10, 10/12–10/16, 11/02–11/06, 11/16–11/20, 11/30–12/04, 12/14–12/18, 12/28–12/31 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Locum / Contract Licenses/Certifications: Active Ohio medical license, board certification in radiation oncology preferred Experience: At least 2 years of radiation oncology practice preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $19.50/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit Medical Benefits: Comprehensive W-2 medical insurance coverage Additional Benefits: Paid sick leave according to applicable state, federal, and local laws; reimbursed travel expenses including flights, hotel, rental car, and licensure/certification costs; robust referral bonus program; 24/7 support team What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient radiation treatments including external beam radiation (3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, SBRT) Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies Prescribe radiation therapy treatments based on patient needs Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Document treatment plans and patient progress in Mosaiq and Epic EMR systems Manage an outpatient caseload averaging approximately 20 patients per day Support inpatient cases and participate in tumor board activities as needed What You Need: Required: Active Ohio medical license in good standing Certification or eligibility in radiation oncology Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in radiation oncology Competence in delivering a wide range of radiation therapies and procedures Preferred: Experience with Mosaiq and Epic EMR systems Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team About the Assignment: Join a reputable cancer treatment facility in Lima, Ohio, supporting outpatient adult patient care with a focus on comprehensive radiation oncology services.
