Job Title: IT Service Delivery Technician Work Arrangement: On-site Employment Type: Contract Domain: Information Technology Pay Rate: $30.00/hr on W2 Application Deadline: 7/10/26 SKILLS REQUIRED 1–3 years of IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Service Delivery experience Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 , Microsoft 365 , Active Directory , and Azure AD Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and VoIP phones Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device deployment and management Basic troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices Knowledge of Cisco VoIP , networking fundamentals, and endpoint connectivity Strong communication, customer service, documentation, and organizational skills ITIL knowledge or certifications such as A+ , Network+ , or Microsoft certifications are a plus POSITION OVERVIEW The IT Service Delivery Technician I provides first-level technical support for end users by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for supporting desktop environments, deploying IT equipment, managing user accounts, documenting incidents, and collaborating with internal IT teams to maintain reliable technology operations across the site. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide first-level IT support by responding to incidents, service requests, and technical issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system. Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues, escalating complex problems when required. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Azure AD. Deploy devices and software using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune). Maintain connectivity for workstations, printers, servers, phones, and mobile devices. Document issue resolutions and maintain accurate service records within the ticketing system. Monitor supported devices, identify recurring issues, and coordinate with appropriate IT support teams. Assist with IT infrastructure projects, hardware upgrades, asset management, and technology deployments. Support enterprise security standards, data privacy requirements, and compliance initiatives. Provide excellent customer service while supporting end users, visitors, and business stakeholders.
