Physical Therapist Full-Time

Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | No Weekends

Compensation: Salary of $100,000+ plus quarterly incentive opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing outpatient practice in the Stockton, California area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention. What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy and evidence-based treatment interventions
• Help patients recover from injuries and improve mobility, strength, and function
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapy License required prior to starting
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
