The Financial Planning and Analysis teamis responsible forcontributing to the financial planning, budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly reporting activities at theconsolidatedlevelpertaining tothe income statement, cash flow and balance sheet. This positionis responsible forconsolidatingthe financial inputs related to the Resort Operations and Property Management segments that make up Management Services. This position will createmanagement level presentations with financial results and supporting analysis. This position will play akey role partnering with operations leaders andassistthem with making decisions to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the company. Also, this role will offer solutions to streamline and automateprocesses through cross divisional collaboration. Tasks Preparation of month-end close, forecasting and budget deliverables for management services Monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for actuals,forecastand budget Finance liaison between resort operations / property management and the financial services group Other ad-hoc projects as needed such as proformas and return on investment analysis ESSENTIAL DUTES Roll forwardand prepare forecasts and budget files as well as uploads into thesystem; recommend actions to management when necessary. Assistwith reporting and variance analysis for Actuals, Forecast andBudget; recommend actions to management when necessary. Financial support for resort operations teams. Building and or advancing existing financial models that will be utilized to budget, forecast and analyze performance. Special projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate Degreerequired. Minimum of 4 years of progressive financial analysis and/or accounting experience. Experience in presenting and discussing financial information with operational and financialLeaders preferred. Timeshare / Hospitality industry experience a plus MBA or CPA highly preferred Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral), as well as strong presentation skills. Must be willing to work in ateam orientedand dynamic environment. Strong Microsoft Excel,Wordand PowerPoint skillsishighly desired. Candidate mustpossessthe ability to make recommendations and formulate solutions as it relates to creatingefficiencies. Ability to work with the senior management as well as operators to strategize and plantoinsurecompletion of departmental and business goals andobjectives. Ability to performdetailed a nd complexanalysis.
