Revenue Cycle Specialist

We are working with the Finance VP of a P/E-backed Healthcare company based in Monmouth County, NJ. Due to recent growth, they are looking to add a dynamic Revenue Cycle Specialist to their organization. Responsibilities Develop and maintain revenue cycle performance reports and dashboards Analyze trends in key revenue cycle metrics including claim rejections and denial rates and net collection rate and yield performance Extract, validate, & structure data from Practice Management and billing system data models Support and help lead revenue cycle improvement initiatives Partner closely with revenue cycle operations, IT, finance, and external vendors to drive performance improvements Requirements Bachelor Degree in Finance 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle Expert knowledge and exposure to Business Intelligence such as Power BI or Tableau Experience supporting RCM technology or vendor implementations Strong understanding of revenue cycle KPIs and operational workflows Compensation $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Benefits Medical, dental, 401k plan, 3+ weeks of PTO and paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
