Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily (Temporary) Position at Casa del Rio Seco ( The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, including quality move‑in, resident satisfaction, timely service, and personal attention. The supervisor responds to resident service requests and is instrumental in delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities Prepare all market‑ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping. Complete resident service requests in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, general carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life safety. Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to keep them clean, free of trash, debris, and other safety issues. Perform on‑call emergency procedures as required. Report maintenance issues affecting the budget, such as life safety, vacant repairs, property damages, and common area needs. Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and record activities. Be knowledgeable of state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems regarding maintenance. Attend training programs required by Cushman & Wakefield and local city/state jurisdictions. Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. Competencies Work any shift Sunday‑Saturday to support the company’s business needs. Know how to use cleaning agents and equipment safely. Perform basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent, and prepare and interpret bar graphs. Hold a valid driver’s license. Hold required certifications: CPO (if required), EPA 608 Minimum Type II. Follow Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures. Education High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school. Experience 3+ years of related experience. Include EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or any required local city certification. Work Environment Professional office setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Regular travel between properties under varying weather conditions. Physical Demands Stand and walk for extended periods; ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools; travel outside 10% of the time; lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 100 pounds occasionally or frequently. Sit or stand for 85% of the time. Operate office machinery.
