Here’s what you can expect from us Leadership for managers and the development of high‑performing teams (four team leads, total of 30 employees) Strategic development of the entire delivery organisation Definition and implementation of strategic objectives in line with corporate development Optimisation of processes and service quality Direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success Collaboration with sales, technical teams and senior management Regular visits to clients – you also represent the organisation in direct on‑site discussions Identifying risks, bottlenecks and structural weaknesses, and developing sustainable solutions What sets you apart Several years’ management experience – ideally including experience in managing managers Experience in project management and/or service delivery management Proven track record of responsibility for quality and financial results Excellent knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI) Strong leadership skills, clear communication and a hands‑on approach Enjoyment of customer contact & willingness to travel (50%) Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation skills Business fluency in German and English What we need you for Do you want to do more than just lead – do you want to make a real difference?
