Demand Generation Specialist

Owning the execution of email programs and multi-channel campaigns, the full-time remote Senior Demand Generation Specialist will manage email marketing strategies, optimize performance metrics, and oversee sponsorship operations for the annual user conference. Key responsibilities Own the build, testing, and optimization of email programs, including campaign emails and event promotions Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all channels Manage sponsorship logistics for the annual INSIGHT conference, including communications and deliverable fulfillment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with hands-on experience in Marketo and Salesforce preferred Proven ability to analyze campaign metrics and implement data-driven improvements Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
