The Mission

We're hiring a Demand Generation Specialist who can own our account-based marketing motion on LinkedIn end to end, from account selection to pipeline, while also driving our presence on other paid social channels like Meta and Reddit.

This role is for someone who started in the trenches of LinkedIn Ads and evolved into ABM strategy. We're looking for a marketer who understands that ABM is not just uploading an account list and running ads. Someone who knows how to pick the right accounts, engage the full buying committee, sequence messaging across the funnel, and prove impact in pipeline terms, not impressions. And someone who understands that what works on LinkedIn won't work on Reddit or Meta, and can adapt targeting, messaging, and creatives to each platform's native behavior.

Where you'll leave your mark?

• Own Sprinto's ABM motion on LinkedIn end to end: account selection, audience strategy, campaign execution, and pipeline reporting
• Build and refine ICP and account tiers using firmographic, technographic, and intent signals
• Plan and run multi-stage LinkedIn campaigns across awareness, engagement, and conversion for target account lists
• Engage full buying committees, not just one persona, with messaging tailored to each role and funnel stage
• Manage and scale campaigns on Meta and Reddit, adapting positioning and creatives to how each platform actually behaves
• Test new paid social channels, formats, and growth ideas beyond the current mix
• Work on ad copy, creative briefs, and landing page direction for account-specific and channel-specific campaigns
• Partner with SDR and Sales teams to align account lists, coordinate outreach timing, and hand off engaged accounts
• Set up account-level measurement: engagement scoring, account progression, influenced pipeline, and CAC by segment
• Run structured experiments across audiences, formats, offers, and messaging to improve account penetration and conversion
• Manage integrations across LinkedIn, HubSpot, and enrichment or intent tools to keep the ABM engine running

The kind of builder we're looking for:

• 3–7 years of hands-on paid marketing experience, with deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads
• A clear evolution from running LinkedIn campaigns to owning ABM strategy and execution
• Proven experience running ABM programs for B2B SaaS: 1:many, 1:few, or 1:1
• Working experience on Meta and Reddit Ads, or strong instincts for platform-native paid social
• Strong grasp of account selection, buying committees, and intent signals
• Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM, and account-level reporting
• Strong messaging instincts: knows what makes a CISO stop scrolling versus a founder
• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently

• Thinks in accounts and buying committees, not clicks and leads
• Knows the difference between reach and penetration within a target account
• Understands how different platforms behave and refuses to copy the same playbook everywhere
• Combines platform depth with strategic account thinking
• Cares about pipeline and revenue influenced, not engagement metrics
