Demand Generation Specialist

Role: Integrated Demand Generation Specialist Location: Remote EST or CST Contract : Initial 12-month contract; extension possible. Job Description About the Role We are seeking an Integrated Demand Generation Specialist to amplify the impact of our channel strategies across the web, lifecycle, paid media, and creative. Working alongside specialized channel strategists, you will connect channels, bring programs to life, and use testing and optimization to improve conversion, adoption, and monetization. You will run the operating rhythm that moves campaigns from plan to launch, build a high-velocity experimentation practice, develop lifecycle and cross-sell programs, and use AI to deliver the work with greater speed and scale. What You’ll Do Create a High-Velocity Experimentation Practice Build and manage an A/B testing roadmap with an emphasis on CRO across landing pages, forms, creative, lifecycle journeys, and digital channels. Define success metrics, create hypotheses, design tests, coordinate launches, and turn results into clear decisions about what to scale. Build dashboards and scorecards that connect experiments to funnel performance and downstream outcomes. Build Lifecycle Monetization and Cross-Sell Programs Partner with lifecycle and channel strategists to develop programs that increase product adoption, engagement, monetization, retention, and cross-sell. Define audiences, journeys, triggers, messages, and next-best actions that move people toward relevant products and experiences. Analyze journey performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and downstream value. Drive Integrated Campaign Execution Drive the campaign calendar and operating rhythm across priority audiences, product moments, and digital channels. Translate channel strategies into executable plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and launch criteria. Connect digital strategies across web, lifecycle, paid media, creative, and agency partners around a shared plan and drive the work through launch. Lead With AI Use AI and agentic workflows to accelerate planning, analysis, and campaign delivery. Build reusable agents, prompts, templates, and workflows that increase the speed, volume, and consistency of the work. Test emerging AI capabilities and turn successful approaches into operating practices for the broader channel team. Lead Creative-Agency Delivery Manage the creative-agency workflow from brief through final asset delivery. Translate channel requirements into actionable briefs and keep assets ready for deployment across web, lifecycle, and paid media. Track asset status and production risks, hold partners accountable to timelines, and drive issues through resolution. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, or integrated digital marketing. A track record of delivering campaigns across web, lifecycle or email, paid media, and creative workstreams. Hands‑on experience building lifecycle programs tied to adoption, engagement, monetization, retention, or cross‑sell. Experience leading CRO or A/B testing programs from hypothesis and test design through measurement and application of learnings. Experience managing creative agencies and coordinating channel owners, dependencies, and launch deadlines. Experience building dashboards, funnel reports, and campaign scorecards that lead to clear action. Demonstrated use of generative AI, automation, or agentic workflows to improve the speed, scale, or quality of marketing work. Strong analytical judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to align partners and drive work to completion. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with marketing automation, experimentation, analytics, content management, and paid‑media platforms. Experience with audience segmentation, triggered journeys, next‑best‑action programs, or full‑funnel measurement. Experience creating reusable AI‑enabled marketing workflows or lightweight agents.
