We are hiring a hands-on paid search specialist to build and run Google Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable hiring outcomes. If you have personally launched lead-generation campaigns, managed meaningful spend, and can explain how your decisions improved results, we want to hear from you. Trucking experience is welcome but not required. What you will do Join a growing and thriving team! Build Google Ads lead-generation campaigns from scratch, including account structure, keywords, ads, budgets, and launch checks. Manage budgets, bids, search terms, and campaign strategy across multiple client accounts. Apply your own judgment rather than accepting every platform recommendation. Diagnose performance from click to lead, qualified lead, and, when available, hire. Use lead quality and downstream results to guide decisions. Write and test ad copy. AI tools can help, but you own the message and final quality. “Think like a scientist:” Run structured tests, document changes, and explain what the results mean. Partner with the team that builds landing pages and implements conversion tracking to identify problems and improve performance. Share clear priorities and performance updates with senior strategy, client success, and operations teammates. What you bring At least six months of hands-on Google Ads lead-generation experience , including direct responsibility for campaigns with $100,000 or more in monthly ad spend . We care about what you personally managed, not just the size of an agency’s portfolio. Experience building campaigns from a blank account or brief and managing them toward business results. Sound judgment on budgets, bidding, search intent, conversion rates, lead quality, and when to scale or change course. Willingness to work inside the ad account, investigate the details, and act on what the data shows. Clear communication and organized execution. Agency experience and backgrounds in high-volume lead-generation markets such as insurance, staffing, healthcare recruiting, or other services are relevant. Meta Ads experience is a plus. Managing several million dollars in ad spend is especially valuable, but it is not required if you have strong direct ownership at the monthly scale above. How the role works You will receive guidance from a senior strategist on industry context and broader priorities while owning day-to-day campaign work. We use AI tools, reporting, CRM data, and documented processes to help the team move quickly and improve results. This is an Austin-area hybrid role with collaboration in our Austin office approximately two days a week. We expect to begin with a full-time contract engagement. There is a path to W-2 employment for a strong fit, and we are open to discussing W-2 from the start for the right person.
