As a Customer Service Representative, you are an important member of the team and represent Molly Maid on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer inquiries. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.Our franchise continues to grow at a fast pace and this new position is perfect for the flexible person seeking new challenges.Specific Responsibilities:Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous mannerSchedule estimates & house cleaningsReturn customer callsPerform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventoryAssist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functionsPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsJob Requirements:Valid Driver's LicenseStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-orientedPositive AttitudeProfessional appearance and personalityTeam player who can work independentlySalary: $640 - $720 per week. There is bonus potential in this position.Hours: Available between the hours of 7:00am to 5:30pm.
