The Personal Injury Case Manager is dedicated to managing a range of personal injury cases, from new claims to those with mixed complexity and extensive experience. This role focuses on coordinating clients’ needs, reviewing medical records, managing claims, and maintaining thorough documentation while liaising effectively with insurance companies. Using specialized case management software alongside standard office tools, the manager ensures all cases progress smoothly without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client interactions and case details
- Review and analyze medical records for case accuracy
- Manage claims processing and track case developments
- Monitor treatment plans and ensure timely updates
- Communicate with insurance providers to resolve issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all case activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in case management
- Proficiency in case management and legal documentation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
