Staff Accountant, Hybrid (80K-85K+15% Bonus)

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a leading services company in Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a collaborative team. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Staff Accountant will support financial reporting, affiliate and owner entity accounting, distributions, and accounting across multiple entities. This position pays 75K-85K+15% Bonus and is in office ONLY 3 days per week. Responsibilities Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers across multiple entities Review and reconcile monthly expense reports and corporate credit cards Prepare accruals, amortization entries, and prepaid expense schedules Perform bank reconciliations and cash analysis Record capital calls and distribution entries for investment funds Prepare account reconciliations and support monthly/quarterly reporting Ensure timely and accurate accounts payable processing Reconcile fund receivables and manage related invoicing Support annual and interim audits Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting experience; financial services or partnership structure experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP, A/P, and multi-entity accounting Advanced Excel skills; NetSuite and Expensify experience a plus Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
