Property Accountant, North Dallas (85K-90K+Bonus), Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established real estate organization to identify a Property Accountant for its North Dallas office. This hybrid opportunity offers a salary of 85K-90K a comprehensive benefits package, and the flexibility to work from home one day per week (4 days in the office, 1 remote). Responsibilities: Assist with the monthly close process by preparing journal entries and ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved. Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to verify accuracy and identify variances. Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Provide financial analysis by reviewing operating results, identifying trends, and explaining variances. Support recurring and special financial reporting requests, including performance metrics and benchmarking analyses. Partner with internal and external auditors by preparing requested documentation and assisting with SOX compliance and internal control processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least one year of accounting experience, including exposure to financial statement preparation. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
