Commerical Property Manager

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Strong Commercial Property Management experience.
• Experience with Industrial Properties strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree helpful.
• Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Self-starter and team player with strong negotiation skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi or similar Property Management software.
• Understanding of financial reporting (including variances and budgeting). 
• Experience with CAM Reconciliations extremely helpful.

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY

• Responsibile for directly managing daily operations of commercial/industrial properties.
• Streamline property management tasks, maximize asset value, ensure the property is operating in line with goals, and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain property rentals, coordinate with leasing agents, enforce leases, and secure premises.
• Manage tenant compliance, occupancy, maintenance, construction, emergencies, repairs, and upgrades.
• Communicate regarding payment, maintenance, documentation, legal requirements and reporting.
• Inspect and coordinate property maintenance to meet standards, visit each property weekly.
• Establish and maintain a productive relationship with clients, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist in collection of receivable accounts, handle operating expenses, and approve invoices.
• Develop and manage annual budget.
• Oversee property’s personnel, vendors and contractors, and assess performance.
