We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily operations for a construction-focused team in Texas. Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain an efficient, well-organized administrative environment.
• Manage incoming calls, visitors, and front-desk activities while providing attentive support to internal staff and external contacts.
• Process accounts payable tasks, including invoice review, coding, and submission for timely payment.
• Maintain accurate files, correspondence, and project-related documentation to support office and construction activities.
• Track outstanding tasks and follow up with employees to ensure deadlines, paperwork, and required updates are completed.
• Coordinate office supply ordering, document distribution, and general administrative support for project teams.
• Assist with order processing and fulfillment-related paperwork to help keep office and project operations running smoothly.
• Monitor records for accuracy and completeness, correcting issues promptly and ensuring documentation is properly maintained.• Prior experience in office management, office administration, or a similar support role.
• Background handling accounts payable, document management, and front-office responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow up consistently with team members and keep assignments moving to completion.
• Comfortable working in a construction, contractor, or project-driven environment.
• Proficiency with general administrative processes, recordkeeping, and office communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented approach when interacting with staff, vendors, and visitors.
