Remote Customer Service Representative Location: 100% RemoteStart 10/5 - anticipated 6 month contract with potential for extensionPay: $21/hrSchedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM CST Job Purpose:This position, working with a limited degree of supervision, serves on the Participant Service Center – a call center supporting participants of retirement plans. This position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Operations Products, Systems, and Processes. Job Responsibilities Serve as day-to-day client contact for participants, providing guidance and support to participants on retirement provisions and ensuring clients' needs are met. Work with other members of the Retirement team on more complex problem resolution. Conduct primary and secondary research and collects information to respond to inquiries from customers or other client and advisor requests as needed. Processes and makes decisions around service requests and system transactions based on the customer request and in accordance with business and regulatory rulesServe as a product resource for internal departments of the organization Job Requirements Strong verbal/written communication skills Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience is preferred MUST have High School Diploma or GED equivalent Benefits Everforth Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
