Position Summary Serves as the primary point of contact for members and volunteers while delivering exceptional service across multiple association clients. Key Responsibilities Member Support Respond to email and phone inquiries. Resolve routine membership questions. Escalate complex issues appropriately. Customer Experience Maintain response-time standards. Document interactions. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Administrative Support Maintain member records. Assist with renewals and communications. Support team projects as needed. Required Qualifications 1+ years customer service. Excellent communication. Professional phone etiquette. CRM experience preferred.
