Assembly Technician - Manufacturing

Overview Assembly Technician at Central Moloney (CMI) in Panama City, FL. Build electrical transformers and components on an assembly line. Reports To: Production Supervisor. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Compensation: $20 per hour. Base pay range: $20.00/yr - $20.00/yr. Location: Panama City, FL Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Currently working Fridays through the end of the year; additional overtime as needed) What You'll Do Build electrical transformers and components on an assembly line Use basic hand tools and perform detailed, repetitive hand and finger work (training provided) Follow safety and quality procedures Communicate with your team and leads to keep things running smoothly Maintain a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you’ll be standing, moving, and working with your hands throughout the shift Please Note: This role requires the ability to work at elevated workstations and tables, reach across machinery, and perform tasks at varying heights. Candidates must be able to safely and consistently reach, lift, and operate within these work areas as part of regular job duties.
