Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently Support the kitchen team with food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist in menu planning by organizing ingredients and prepping items ahead of service Follow proper knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing to ensure efficiency and safety Contribute to food presentation and quality control to uphold our high standards Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments preferred but not required; training provided for eager learners Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness standards Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of menu planning, meal preparation, and serving techniques Embark on a culinary journey with us where your contributions directly impact our guests’ satisfaction!
