Job Description

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and devise targeted therapy strategies that enable them to achieve their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage research-based methodologies to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Foster Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to devise a holistic care plan.
• Empower Patients and Families: Educate clients and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies to encourage continued growth and progress in their daily lives.
• Track Progress and Adapt: Monitor patient development and modify treatment approaches to ensure that each individual maintains their path to success.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a reputable institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and additional certifications.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
