Position Overview (Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To)

We are looking for an experienced Radiologic Technologist who can perform 8-16 hours per week providing individual diagnostic/screening radiologic services to inmates identified by clinical staff as needing these services.

• Perform and process x-ray studies through the CR imaging system.
• Pertinent patient information with be documented and will be entered as needed and as required by institution policy and procedure.
• Retrieve, maintain, file, and monitor all reports/results.
• Participate in management assessment and improving organization performance studies as required by the BOP standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six (6) months of practical experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Must have current certification as a Radiologic Technologist and/or be licensed as required by the state.
• Experience in a correctional setting is desired, but not required.
• Must have current BLS/CPR certification as required.
