Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling Build and maintain client relationships within the agency book Identify coverage needs and close sales efficiently Consistently meet or exceed sales goals QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
