Candidate must work onsite in Arlington, TX.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.

A TEKsystems client is seeking a Desktop Support resource to assist in the support of PC’s, Printer’s and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates in their Arlington, Texas distribution facility.

Support can consist of day-to-day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service.

This resource will be supporting roughly 300 end users (Global Logistics associates) with approximately 25 tickets per shift, per person.

Technologies: Our client is a Windows 11/Office 365 environment. Additionally, this resource will be working with:

-Microsoft Office

-Laser Jet Printers

-Zebra Label Printers

-AS 400 (experience with Client Access preferred)

-RF (Radio Frequency) Devices (this candidate needs experience with Wireless Network Connectivity)

-Candidate will be troubleshooting the following: Outlook / Microsoft Office / Windows 11

-This candidate will need basic Networking skills to effectively communicate with the Network Engineer

-ServiceNow Ticketing System

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
