Business Operations and Analytics Manager

Job Summary Business Operations and Analytics Manager
- Oversee payroll coordination, employee scheduling, time and attendance, and workforce administration.
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports related to staffing, productivity, overtime, attendance, and vacancies.
- Analyze operational and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare executive presentations, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and department leaders on workforce planning and operational initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy of data and utilize reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to enhance decision-making.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights.
- Work a hybrid schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.
- Maintain strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
