Trillium Professional is now seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Manager in Boston, MA for a hybrid position!

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours per week. Work will last for approximately 12 weeks, with potential extension or permanent conversion.

We are seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Manager to provide immediate support to a Sterile Processing and Clinical Support Services team. This is a newly created position offering an initial contract assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The manager will support operational planning, performance reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to identify trends, improve workflows, and help leadership make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for department leadership
• Monitor performance metrics and support ongoing operational initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and expense tracking
• Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate projects and deliverables across multiple departments
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clinical and business stakeholders
• Support the department's immediate priorities and longer-term strategic goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Relevant experience in business operations, analytics, finance, or a related area
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, and administrative teams
• Healthcare, hospital, sterile processing, or clinical operations experience is preferred
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus
• Interest in converting to a permanent position if the opportunity is a mutual fit
