Job Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the team ensuring positive patient experiences.
• Communicates with team members promoting an understanding of the patients' needs.
• Examination of patient's oral cavity with definitive diagnosis of soft tissues, hard tissues and associated structures to determine nature of condition.
  • Examines, diagnoses and treats the pulp and its surrounding areas
  • Performs root canals and treats various dental trauma
  • Medical research on diseases
• Dental procedures performed in the oral cavity.
• Performance of surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity.
• Educates patient in oral and dental hygiene.
• Manage cases presenting with out-of-the ordinary dental health problems to include patients with behavioral problems.

Job Requirements

• Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
• Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
• Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner
• Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care
• Strongly values continuing education and personal development
