Post grades and test scores to permanent records. Maintain student information. Prepare transcript requests for mailing. Keep a daily log of enrollment count. Assist with graduation and diplomas. Assist with scheduling. Prepare Driver Education Insurance Verification forms. Perform receptionist duties. Maintain filing system. Computer data entry. Coordinate student information with administrators. Assist with grade postings and averaging. Assist in maintaining student folders. Balance auditable documents and maintain files for auditable documents. Equipment Used: Personal computer, printer, copier, calculator, and fax machine. Working Conditions: Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions. Prolonged use of the computer.
