Process Engineer - Waste & Filter Flush Skids Location: West Point, PA Duration: Long Term Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support the implementation of process equipment projects within a GMP manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with process skids, equipment installation, commissioning, and startup while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to successfully execute equipment implementation projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of process equipment, including waste skids, filter flush skids, and related process systems. Coordinate with vendors, construction teams, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Oversee equipment installation, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, qualification, and startup activities. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Validation, and Quality teams to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot technical issues and drive projects to completion within established timelines. Support GMP compliance and engineering documentation throughout project execution. Assist with SOP development and review as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of Process Engineering experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Hands‑on experience with process skids, waste skids, filter flush skids, and inline process equipment. Experience implementing process equipment projects from installation through commissioning. Knowledge of equipment installation, Commissioning & Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Strong understanding of piping systems and process equipment integration. Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional teams. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
