Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working within school-based settings is strongly desired
• Understanding of student-centered intervention plans
• Ability to collaborate with educational and support staff
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Passion for empowering students to achieve developmental milestones

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Assess student abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to promote successful participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress notes
• Travel between multiple schools within the assigned region during the workweek
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications as needed
