LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Daily pay available!! The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is looking for talented and hard‑working LPNs to join our team. Our mission is to promote and maintain each individual's highest level of independence and health in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. With 158 beds and a state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation gym servicing 60+ short‑term beds, this facility offers an excellent setting for learning and growth. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel assigned to a specific shift. Communicate and apply policies, practices, procedures, objectives, and goals necessary for the attainment of excellent resident care. Qualifications / Requirements Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State. Possess clinical knowledge and skill in nursing practices and regulatory standards. Team player, cooperative with co‑workers of all disciplines. Able to function under supervision and independently when situations warrant. Effective and tactful communication with physicians, supervisors, staff, and other disciplines. Able to assume unit leadership role in the absence of the Unit Manager. Pro‑active in seeking interventions for resident care, performing duties with thoughtfulness, timeliness, knowledge, and skill within the scope of license. Flexible to special staffing or clinical situations that may require deviations from usual work patterns. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information; control access to medications. Computer literate with strong organizational skills. Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package in a family‑oriented pleasant working environment.
