The Production Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the shop production and numbers, efficiency, parts, inventory, tool requirements, repairs, maintenance and safety. Also responsible for shop schedule and staffing to meet customer demands and efficiency and personnel development.

What you get to accomplish:

Supervise 8- 20 hourly employees providing daily direction in multiple locations if needed.

Grow Direct Reports by challenging them to achieve standard work expectations and Cross training

Lead plant employees to achieve efficiency expectations

Responsible for coordinating shop production paper flow to include employee timecards, various branch operational reports.

Working with Continuous Improvement Manager – drive time based Standard work on shop Floor

Able to track manufacturer's engineering changes and implementing those that are applicable.

Implement and monitor employee safety methods and quality awareness.

What you should possess:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

5+ years of manufacturing shop supervisory experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Hours of operation- Hours of operation: 4 – 10-hour days (M-Th, 5AM -3:30PM, Mandatory Fridays if scheduled (5AM – until released) – SC, OH, KC

Hours of operation: 4- 10-hour days (M-Th, 6:00AM-4:45PM. Mandatory Fridays if scheduled (6AM – until released) – CA
