Manufacturing Production Supervisor

1st & 3rd Shift Production Supervisor Needed- Kansas City, MO (Please note if you are viewing this posting on an external job board, unless specifically stated in the posting, the provided hourly/salary estimates may not be accurate as they are not provided by CKS.) What's In it for You?
3rd: Monday through Friday (some Saturday's), 11:00pm-7:00am

- Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Train, lead, and develop production team members.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- 3+ years Production Supervising experience
- Hands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers, is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
3rd: Monday through Friday (some Saturday's), 11:00pm-7:00am
