Full Time Direct Support Professional $22.35 per hour.

(34) Monday 3pm - 8pm, Wednesday 2pm - 8pm, Thursday 3pm - 8pm, Friday 7am - 2pm, every other Saturday 11am - 10pm, Sunday 11 am - 9pm.

or

(32) Monday, Wednesday 7am - 2pm, Thursday 2pm - 8pm, Friday 3pm - 9pm and Every Other Saturday 2pm - 10pm, Sunday 1pm - 9pm.

This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meet's Sevita's insurability policy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills:  Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
