This team member will be vital in recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities to optimize productivity and maximize ROI. Additional responsibilities include defining, prioritizing and documenting requirements to address business opportunities. This person must demonstrate a strong ability to create business requirement documents/user stories, participate in requirement gathering sessions, create QA test scripts and facilitate QA testing. This person must be skilled in delivering solutions using declarative configuration to create validation rules, flows, sharing rules, Lightning components, and understand technical requirements and functionality.
