The right team is not a nice-to-have, it is existential. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and bringing in the people building and scaling the systems behind our growth. You will help hire the talent that keeps our supply chain resilient, our operations efficient, and our teams ready to execute as we scale. In this role, you will support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions. This is a 6-month contract. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. Who You Are A recruiter who knows how to spot high-impact talent across supply chain and operations functions. Curious about how companies build, scale, and optimize global operations. Able to translate Tenstorrent’s mission into a compelling reason for candidates to join. A builder who thrives in fast-moving, scrappy, and evolving environments, ideally with startup experience. Energized by partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing talent decisions in complex, business-critical areas. What We Need 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions. Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping. Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity. Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters. A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable. What You Will Learn How to recruit for a company redefining compute and openness in AI.
