Currently, you may find yourself working extended hours and managing a high volume of appointments, which often leads to hurried consultations and compromises in the quality of care and communication.

We are a physician-owned private practice that has pioneered innovative healthcare delivery through Direct Primary Care (DPC), a cost-effective, value-driven membership model. Established in 2001, we became the first DPC practice in the suburbs of Kansas City in 2013 and currently stand as the largest multi-site DPC practice in the region.

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine physician to take over a panel of 450 members at our beautiful office located in Overland Park, KS .

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and educate them on their health.
• Prioritize patient experience, ensuring excellent customer service and timely access to care.

Requirements and Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school in the U.S.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri and Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in family practice (exceptional final-year family medicine residents will be considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to building relationships with patients and enhancing their understanding of health.

Working Conditions

• Maximum of 36 hours in-office per week.
