This leader will partner with engineering, security and business stakeholders to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time, all while maintaining the trust of our users and regulators. If you want to be part of shaping the landscape for GEICO to thrive in an ever-evolving environment, we are looking for you!Key ResponsibilitiesEvolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO's IAM platform (e.g., authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, identity lifecycle, etc.)Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable featuresPartner closely with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities that meet enterprise needsPrioritize features and enhancements based on risk, impact, and effort, using data and stakeholder input to guide decisionsMonitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to keep GEICO's IAM platform modern and compliantLead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle — from discovery and design to delivery and measurementInfluence and align executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomesMentor and coach junior product managers within the IAM domainEnsure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize IAM services for usability, risk reduction, and operational efficiencyQualifications8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domainsDeep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E)Strong strategic thinking, with ability to align product roadmaps to business goals and security requirementsProven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plusRelevant IAM certifications and/or insurance industry experience is a plusAnnual Salary$140,425.00 - $229,600.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
