Understand and apply hotel policies, procedures and schedules to ensure seamless operations and prioritize projects appropriately. Promote positive public and employee relations at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility. Perform all other duties as assigned. Pool Deck Maintenance Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of pool deck surfaces. Apply protective sealants and coatings as needed. Repair cracks, chips, and surface damage with appropriate materials. Maintain proper drainage and address water pooling issues. Ensure slip‑resistant surfaces are compliant with safety standards. Cabana Maintenance Conduct regular inspections of cabana structures for wear, damage or safety concerns. Perform carpentry repairs, including wood replacement and structural reinforcement. Service and repair cabana amenities such as fans, lighting, outlets and storage. Clean and maintain cabana interiors and exteriors to company standards. Pool Deck Furniture Maintenance Inspect, clean, and maintain pool deck furniture. Repair furniture hardware, cushions and structural components. Apply protective treatments to prevent weather damage. Coordinate furniture replacement and manage inventory. Arrange furniture layouts for seasonal needs and special events. Pool Deck Painting & Finishing Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding and priming. Apply paint, stains and protective coatings to deck structures, furniture and fixtures. Perform ongoing touch‑ups to maintain aesthetic appeal. Select paint types and colors that withstand pool chemicals and weather exposure. Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials. Aesthetic Maintenance Maintain landscaping elements around pool areas. Clean and maintain decorative lighting fixtures. Maintain signage for visibility and appearance. Coordinate with landscaping teams for cohesive aesthetic presentation. General Maintenance Duties Perform preventive maintenance per established schedules. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs. Order and replenish inventory of supplies and materials. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications A high school diploma or technical certificate and at least three (3) years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience, or equivalent education and experience. Valid driver’s license required. Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking and hearing; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment. Work environment is fast‑paced, crowded and noisy; exposure to second‑hand smoke and continuous public interaction. May work in high or low/precarious places near fiberglass insulation, under sinks or cabinets. Effective communication with guests in English is essential. Closing The Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans, with first preference given to Seminole Tribe members who meet job requirements, and second preference to members of other federally recognized Native American tribes who meet job requirements. Required Final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations before an offer is extended.
