Full-Time Flex Security Officer - $24/hr - Central NH (Manchester/Concord/Bedford/Nashua area) We help make your world a safer place. The Flex Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Schedule: Varying shifts, Monday - Sunday 1st/2nd/3rd shift (flexible availability REQUIRED). Flex Officers are typically guaranteed at least 30 hours per week. Starting Pay: $24.00/hr No Security Experience Necessary Growth Opportunity Available Valid drivers license REQUIRED Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn! Qualifications Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure. Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams. Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach. Basic computer skills required. Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Requirements MUST be flexible enough to work any potential open shift available during the week. MUST be willing to travel up to a one-hour commute to various client sites in the NH area. Most sites are located within a 30-mile radius from our Bedford, NH office. At least 18 years of age. Reliable means of communication and transportation. Legal right to work in the United States. Ability to effectively speak, read and write English. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
