Overview

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to provide inpatient-only OBGYN coverage with unrestricted call. Job Details

• Position: OBGYN Physician, Locum Tenens
• Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
• Setting: Inpatient only; no clinic coverage
• Schedule: 24-hour unrestricted call, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day coverage with 24-hour call responsibilities
• Hours Per Week: Approximately 36 hours
• Duration: Long-term locum tenens coverage
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $5,870–$6,950
• EMR: Allscripts
• Additional Notes: Temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean file

Job Requirements

• Active physician license and board eligibility or board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• At least 1 year of OBGYN clinical experience required
• Comfortable managing inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care independently
• Ability to provide unrestricted call coverage
• Experience working in a collaborative care environment with midwife support
• Clean credentialing history preferred for temporary privileges

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OBGYN coverage and respond to unrestricted call
• Cover the ER as needed for obstetric and gynecologic concerns
• Manage deliveries and labor-related care in a high-volume setting
• Collaborate with an established 24/7 midwife model and in-house support
• Perform circumcisions when appropriate and preferred
• Provide D&C procedures for miscarriages as needed
• Deliver timely, compassionate care in a busy but well-supported environment
